Health prevention initiatives organized in Florensac and Villefranche-de-Conflent

Various health prevention initiatives are being organized across different regions in France to encourage early screening and public health awareness.

In Florensac, the CPTS Agde Littoral is hosting a free prevention day on September 10. The event offers walk-in screenings for diabetes, hearing loss, heart failure, and colorectal cancer. Additionally, the Mammobile will be available for breast cancer screening, alongside advice on nutrition and vaccination.

In Villefranche-de-Conflent, a dedicated health day is scheduled for September 23, 2026. Organized by the local health examination center and Assurance Maladie, the event focuses on women's health and administrative support. Services include cervical cancer screening, colorectal cancer kit distribution, and hepatitis screening. A prevention village will also assist citizens with digital health tools such as Mon Espace Santé and the ameli application.
