Health screenings conducted in Batang Hari and Jakarta
In Batang Hari, Jambi, the local government has mandated health examinations for Forest and Land Fire Task Force (Satgas Karhutla) personnel. Conducted by the Batang Hari Health Office, these screenings include blood pressure and blood sugar checks to ensure personnel are physically prepared for field duties involving smoke exposure and harsh conditions. Personnel are also provided with vitamins and medication to maintain immunity.
In Jakarta, the Nasdem Party organized free medical services in Bukit Duri, South Jakarta, to mark its 15th anniversary and Youth Pledge Day. The social initiative targeted approximately 150 residents, providing basic health screenings including blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and uric acid tests to encourage early disease detection.
