Healthcare awards recognize FSFX and Leve Saúde

Several organizations were recognized at the Healthcare Conference during the Prêmio Excelência da Saúde awards ceremony.

Fundação São Francisco Xavier (FSFX) received the award in the Philanthropy category for its ‘Pega Leve’ program. This initiative focuses on improving the institutional climate and employee well-being through services such as massages, facial cleansing, and musical performances to create a more relaxed work environment.

Leve Saúde won in the People & Management category for its development ecosystem aimed at care excellence. The winning strategy includes the ‘Jeito Leve de Encantar’ service standard and mental health initiatives via ‘Leve Mente,’ which contributed to R$ 1.23 million in value for the company in 2025 through productivity gains and program internalization.

Additionally, the business news report noted that the fashion brand Soulier is transitioning to a franchising model to expand its presence in Brazil, aiming for 100 stores and a revenue of R$ 100 million by 2027. The Port of Suape also reached a historical milestone in August.
