The company, founded in 1990 and currently led by Eliani Baumgart Hoffmann, holds DICQ accreditation for quality and safety standards.

Separately, Laboratório Teuto has expanded its presence in the healthcare sector through participation in two major industry events. The company attended the 70th Brazilian Congress of Ophthalmology in Salvador, where it showcased its ophthalmic product line, including Biolágrima for ocular hydration. Additionally, the company participated in the 7th Unimed Mercosul Technical Meeting in Florianópolis to strengthen ties with health managers and specialists.
