Healthcare professionals in Tyrol form new network

The ‘Netzwerk Gesundheitsberufe Tirol’ has been established to represent approximately 23,000 healthcare professionals in Tyrol, Austria. The network includes specialists in psychology, psychotherapy, midwifery, nursing, and various medical-therapeutic-diagnostic roles such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and radiology technology.

Health Councilor Cornelia Hagele and network spokesperson Daniela Renn introduced the initiative, highlighting its role within the Tyrolean Health Platform. The network aims to improve patient-oriented care through integrated service programs and primary care centers, addressing challenges posed by demographic shifts and increasing medical complexity.
