In a separate transaction, a purpose-built day hospital located at 252–256 Clayton Road, adjoining the Monash Medical Centre in Clayton, has sold for under $20 million. The sale, managed by CBRE, attracted competitive bids from healthcare and private hospital groups seeking a strategic presence within a major tertiary hospital precinct. The transaction highlights the high demand and scarcity of healthcare assets located near significant medical hubs.
