Healthcare workers at Villa Salus and San Camillo declare state of agitation

Healthcare workers at Fondazione Villa Salus, San Camillo IRCCS, and San Raffaele Arcangelo have declared a state of agitation following failed negotiations with management. Trade unions, including UIL FP and FP CGIL, cite months of unproductive discussions regarding unpaid clothing allowances, overtime management, and the establishment of a merit-based system.

Union representatives highlighted critical staffing shortages among nurses and healthcare assistants as a primary concern. They warned that high staff turnover and difficult working conditions threaten the overall stability of these three facilities and the quality of healthcare services provided to the Venetian community.
