Heated Rivalry stars receive Grindr nominations as author discusses writing process

Author Rachel Reid has shared that she had to stop rewatching the television adaptation of ‘Heated Rivalry’ to maintain focus while writing the final book in her Game Changers series, ‘Unrivaled’. Reid noted that the performances of actors Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie were so convincing that picturing them made it difficult to write intimate scenes for her original versions of the characters, Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov.

Meanwhile, the stars of the series, Williams and Storrie, have received multiple nominations in the Grindr Unwrapped ‘Gay Year in Review’ awards. Both actors are nominated for ‘Hottest Man of the Year’ and ‘Bulge of the Year’, while Storrie is also nominated for ‘Butt of the Year’. The series itself has been nominated for ‘Best Show of the Year’.
