Heathrow Airport partners with Adobe for AI-driven digital overhaul

Heathrow Airport and Adobe have extended their decade-long partnership to overhaul the airport’s digital presence through new AI-driven technologies. The agreement includes rebuilding Heathrow’s main website using Adobe CX Enterprise and Adobe Experience Manager to provide more personalized content for passengers, local communities, and government stakeholders.

A key component of the deal is the implementation of Adobe Brand Visibility. This tool will allow Heathrow to monitor how accurately and frequently its information is surfaced by AI chatbots and large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity. This initiative aims to ensure passengers receive consistent and correct guidance regarding terminals, accessibility, and services, whether they are using the official website or third-party AI assistants.

Heathrow, which handled 84.5 million passengers in 2025, seeks to address the shift in consumer behavior where AI platforms are increasingly used for travel planning. While no specific launch date or financial details of the deal were disclosed, the project focuses on using “agentic” AI to coordinate customer interactions and maintain information accuracy in an AI-driven search landscape.
