Heathrow Airport partners with Adobe to deploy AI tools

Heathrow Airport has announced an expanded partnership with Adobe to implement agentic artificial intelligence tools and overhaul its public website. The collaboration aims to improve digital communications for the London-based aviation hub, which manages over 84.5 million passengers and 50 million annual website visits.

Under the new agreement, Heathrow will utilize Adobe CX Enterprise software to rebuild its primary online portal. This includes the use of Adobe Experience Manager to deliver content and location-specific updates to travelers, residents, and regulators.

A key component of the rollout involves using Adobe Brand Visibility to ensure verified travel data is provided to generative AI search engines, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity AI. This move addresses data from Adobe indicating that 25 percent of travelers now use AI platforms as their primary source for trip planning.
