Heavy traffic reported at Bulgarian borders with Serbia and Turkey

Heavy traffic is reported at the Kalotina border crossing with Serbia and the Kapitan Andreevo crossing with Turkey. At Kalotina, intensive movement is noted for passenger vehicles entering the country, while Kapitan Andreevo is experiencing heavy traffic for both entry and exit.

In contrast, traffic remains normal at border crossings with Greece and North Macedonia. Movement toward Romania is also reported as normal across all checkpoints, although the Danube Bridge at Ruse-Giurgiu has only recently returned to two-lane operations following repairs.

Due to low water levels in the Danube river, ferry services at the Oryahovo–Becket and Svishtov–Zimnice crossings have been temporarily suspended.
