Hebron Grape Days festival opens in Hebron Old City

The ‘Hebron Grape Days’ festival opened on Saturday, September 26, 2026, in the Old City of Hebron. The two-day event aims to support national products, revitalize local commerce, and highlight the region's agricultural heritage.

Organized by the Agricultural Relief Committees in partnership with the Hebron Governorate, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Hebron Chamber of Commerce, and the Hebron Municipality, the festival features various grape varieties including Al-Dabouqi, Al-Zaynti, Al-Berti, Al-Aynayn, Al-Batouni, Al-Haywani, Al-Jundi, Al-Balati, Al-Marwawi, and Al-Shami. The event also showcases local women-led agricultural products.

Officials, including Hebron Governor Khalid Doudin and Mayor Yousef Al-Jaabari, emphasized that the festival serves to reinforce Palestinian identity and economic resilience by encouraging citizens to support local farmers and producers near the Ibrahimi Mosque.
