Hecto Group expands Hecto Academy training with AI and industry experts

South Korean conglomerate Hecto Group is strengthening its internal growth platform, Hecto Academy, by inviting experts in generative AI, AI semiconductors, blockchain, stablecoins and global business trends. Speakers have included representatives from Luten Technologies, Purios AI, KAIST, Binance and Chainalysis Korea, who share insights on AI utilization strategies, AI‑chip markets, stable‑coin developments and shifting international business environments.

The programme combines external lectures with internal development tracks such as one‑on‑one executive coaching, leadership courses, internal‑expert sessions and a "Vibe Coding" module. It follows the 70:20:10 learning model—70% on‑the‑job experience, 20% peer learning and 10% formal training—aiming to help employees apply new knowledge directly to their work and promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the company.
