Heidelberg Druckmaschinen AG held a virtual Hauptversammlung for the 2025/26 fiscal year, with only about 23 % of the company's share capital represented. The board presented its strategy, recent financial figures and outlook, and shareholders approved all four agenda items without opposition.

Management highlighted a shift toward the core business as a system integrator, ongoing cost‑efficiency programmes and the growth platform HD Advanced Technologies. CEO Jürgen Otto said, “Wir erschließen mit HD Advanced Technologies attraktive, weniger konjunkturabhängige Märkte und schaffen damit zusätzliche Wachstumsperspektiven für das Unternehmen.” The group also noted the recent acquisition of the worldwide sales and service businesses of manroland sheetfed, which is expected to broaden its customer base and generate additional revenue from services and consumables.
