The Climate Protection and Energy Advisory Agency (KLiBA) Heidelberg – Rhein-Neckar-Kreis, in cooperation with the Heidelberg Environmental Office, is hosting an action day on September 27, 2026. The event, titled “Gut saniert?! Ansehen!”, aims to provide practical insights into energetic building renovations.
As part of the event, owners of renovated residential properties in Heidelberg and the Rhein-Neckar district will open their homes to the public. In Heidelberg, a two-family house built in 1968 located in Rohrbach will be available for viewing from 11:00 to 15:00. Visitors can participate in short guided tours to learn about implemented measures such as heating, insulation, windows, and photovoltaics.
Attendees will have the opportunity to consult with homeowners and experts regarding energy advice and funding. Additionally, KLiBA will raffle a limited number of individual building checks provided by the Consumer Advice Center.
