Heidelberg Materials to acquire 70% stake in Peru's Cementos Inka

German construction materials manufacturer Heidelberg Materials has signed a binding agreement to acquire a 70% majority stake in Cementos Inka, a family-owned Peruvian cement producer formally known as Caliza Cemento Inca S. A.

Cementos Inka operates two grinding units with a combined annual capacity of 1.3 million tons and two ready-mix concrete plants. Its facilities are located near Lima and Pisco, providing strategic access to central and southern Peruvian markets and port connectivity for importing raw materials. The company employs approximately 270 people.

Because Cementos Inka mills imported intermediate products rather than producing clinker, Heidelberg Materials expects the low-asset model to integrate well with its global production and commercialization network. The transaction is valued at approximately six times the projected 2026 EBITDA, though specific financial details remain undisclosed. The deal is not subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close by October 2026.
