Heidelberg to host change management seminar for creative industries

The Medien- und Filmgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg (MFG), in cooperation with the City of Heidelberg's Culture and Creative Industries Department, will host a full-day seminar on September 29, 2026. The event, titled ‘Effectively Shaping Changes in Creative Teams,’ focuses on managing structural changes within creative organizations and companies.

Led by Alexander Heine, a certified organizational development consultant and digital transformation manager, the seminar aims to provide practical solutions for leadership challenges in the creative sector. The session will take place at the Dezernat#16 center in Heidelberg. The registration deadline is September 24, 2026.
