Heilbronn Customs Office Holds Live Auction of Seized Goods

On Saturday, 1 August 2026, the Hauptzollamt Heilbronn celebrated the 75th anniversary of the Federal Republic’s customs service with a public live auction on the "Zollmeile" in Karl‑Marx‑Straße. The event, running from 12:00 to 17:00, allowed visitors to bid on a catalogue that includes analog items, antiques, digital equipment, high‑proof alcohol, curiosities, useful goods and a large selection of seized vehicles.

Because parking is limited, attendees were urged to use public transport. Those unable to join in person could participate via the online auction platform www.zoll-auktion.de, which lists items from more than 4,000 agencies and public providers available around the clock. The customs service also promoted its training programmes through the event.
