Heilbronn event exposes gaps in Germany's critical infrastructure preparedness
At a "Bürger‑Uni" lecture on the education campus in Heilbronn, Alexander Fekete, a professor of risk and crisis management at the Technical University of Cologne, warned that Germany’s preparation for protecting critical infrastructure and its population remains inadequate.
