Helen Mirren's Hollywood mansion and Princess Margaret's English country house put on market

Actress Helen Mirren and her husband Taylor Hackford have listed their Hollywood Hills estate for sale at $12 million (about €10.5 million). The 9,500‑square‑foot property, set on 2.6 ha with multiple residences and panoramic city views, was the couple’s home for 30 years. It was previously offered at higher prices before being reduced to the current asking price.

Meanwhile, a historic English country house known as “The Old House,” once the rural retreat of Princess Margaret and the Earl of Snowdon, has been placed on the market for about €5 million. Built in 1481 and expanded over centuries, the 2.2‑ha estate in the Nymans garden area has hosted royalty, artists and intellectuals. The sale marks the first time the five‑century‑old property has been offered publicly.
