Helene Fischer criticised by Christian Anders and eyes future fan‑mile performance

Veteran Schlager singer Christian Anders, 81, harshly criticised Helene Fischer’s singing, stating “she can’t sing” and blaming her vocal coach for making her voice “too thin and musical‑type”. Anders added that he could teach her how to sing properly and praised fellow artist Roland Kaiser.

Fischer, who is currently on a large open‑air stadium tour across German cities, said she would consider performing again on a fan‑mile if the German national team wins the World Cup, as she did after the 2014 title. She expressed support for the team and noted her tour runs through Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Stuttgart and Munich.
