German singer Helene Fischer has been honored with a 50x Platinum award by Universal Music, recognizing her 20-year musical career. The milestone occurred shortly before her performance at the Ernst-Happel Stadium in Vienna.

Fischer's high demand continues to drive ticket sales, with her upcoming show in Schladming, Austria, selling out within minutes. This prompted organizers to add a second performance on December 12.

Amid her success, Fischer has addressed public debate regarding the high costs of her 360-degree stadium tour. In an interview with Tagesthemen, she expressed understanding for fan frustration but defended the pricing by citing the large-scale production costs. She noted that high-quality shows require hundreds of staff members, including caterers, costume designers, stage designers, dancers, and a band. Fischer stated, "We create jobs somewhere" and concluded that while fans seek escapism, "unfortunately, it has its price."
