Heliad AG withdraws from Frankfurt Stock Exchange open market

Heliad AG has completed its withdrawal from the open market (Freiverkehr) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange following the expiration of a voluntary takeover offer period on August 14. The offer, made by GfBk Gesellschaft für Börsenkommunikation mbH, was priced at 14.25 euros per share for up to 750,000 shares.

For shareholders who did not accept the offer, the delisting results in reduced liquidity as the shares will no longer be traded on the standard exchange. While the withdrawal affects the company's public trading status, it does not alter Heliad's underlying operational investment business.

Recent developments within Heliad's portfolio have provided positive indicators regarding its asset value. The broker flatexDEGIRO has accelerated its financial targets, aiming for approximately 650 million euros in revenue and 200 million euros in group profit by 2026. Additionally, the portfolio company FINN achieved unicorn status after closing a 140 million euro financing round.
