Helios Investment Partners realizes $460 million in liquidity via African exits

Helios Investment Partners generated approximately $460 million in realized liquidity during 2025 through various strategic exits across Africa. A primary component of this liquidity was a partial exit from T2S Group, a Moroccan medical technology company, following its listing on the Casablanca Stock Exchange.

The T2S Group IPO raised approximately MAD 1.1 billion (roughly $120 million), valuing the company at approximately MAD 4.9 billion ($520 million). The offering saw high investor interest, with demand reaching 44 times the available shares. Following the listing, Helios maintains a 42.1% stake in the company.

Since Helios first invested in T2S in 2021, the firm has integrated four businesses into a single MedTech platform covering equipment distribution, manufacturing, digital systems, and technical services. Other notable activities for Helios in 2025 included the divestment of its controlling interest in the Nigerian gas distribution firm Axxela.
