Helium Browser and Samsung One UI 9 Roll Out New Privacy Features

Helium Browser 0.15.1.1 was released on Saturday, built on Chromium 151.0.7922.71 and designed without telemetry. The browser forces HTTPS connections, includes a built‑in ad blocker, supports passkeys and offers more than 13,000 offline command shortcuts ("Bangs").

Samsung’s One UI 9 beta for the Galaxy S26 Ultra introduces an updated Privacy Display. Instead of dimming the entire screen, the feature now shields only selected content such as a picture‑in‑picture video window, allowing the rest of the interface to remain visible and usable. The change also lets users move the PiP window and continue using Edge Panel functions while the privacy overlay is active.
