Helix and Stellarium announce new software releases

The Helix modal text editor has released version 25.01, featuring significant updates from 171 contributors. Key improvements include new path completion support, which allows the editor to suggest absolute or relative paths independently of the Language Server Protocol. Additionally, the release introduces support for snippet tabstops, enabling users to navigate through placeholders in completions using the Tab key.

Stellarium has also announced the release of version 25.4. This update introduces initial support for narration and expands the software's cultural scope by adding new sky cultures, including Balinese, Indian (Nakshatras), Norse (Edda), and Chinese (Journey to the West). Other technical updates include improved logging, comet discovery circumstances, and enhanced constellation descriptions.
