Helldivers 2 to celebrate Liberty Day 2026 with free rewards
Arrowhead Game Studios has announced that Helldivers 2 will celebrate Liberty Day 2026 on October 26. This marks the third consecutive year of the in-game holiday, which commemorates the values of Super Earth’s Managed Democracy.
Players can receive the AR-23L Liberator Legacy, a retro-styled assault rifle inspired by equipment from the First Galactic War. This weapon will be distributed to active players who have participated in the game since September 26, 2026, following the conclusion of the event.
For a 24-hour period on October 26, Super Destroyers will feature temporary festive decorations, including banners, rugs, and party supplies. The celebration also includes community activities hosted on the official Discord server, such as Minidivers and Adopt-a-SEAF minigames.
Additionally, Arrowhead is introducing new merchandise rewards through the Helldivers 2 Super Merch Store. Players can unlock specific items by achieving certain milestones, such as reaching level 100 to earn the Hell Commander pin.
