Hellenic Cancer Society and ETVA partner for workplace prevention

The Hellenic Cancer Society and ETVA have signed a memorandum of cooperation to promote cancer prevention and awareness within the workforce. Specialized teams from the Hellenic Cancer Society will now be present across ETVA’s 27 business parks throughout Greece.

The initiative aims to address the fact that two out of three active adults aged 25 to 45 do not undergo preventive screenings. The partnership was officially launched with a concert held at the Sindos Business Park as part of the International Festival of Young Orchestras of Sindos.

Athanasios Psathas, CEO of ETVA, emphasized the national importance of the Hellenic Cancer Society’s mission in supporting society through prevention and knowledge. Evangelos Filopoulos, President of the Hellenic Cancer Society, noted that the organization has spent 68 years working toward early diagnosis and supporting the public health system.
