Hellenic Properties acquires Aristi Mountain Resort & Villas

Hellenic Properties has announced the acquisition of the four-star Aristi Mountain Resort & Villas located in Zagori, Greece. This move is part of the company’s new strategic focus on the hospitality sector.

The company’s investment model prioritizes existing properties with unique character in Greek destinations that sit outside of mass tourism flows. The goal is to gradually upgrade and expand these assets to create long-term value for both the local regions and shareholders.

Aristi Mountain Resort & Villas was selected due to its high standards, year-round operation, and international recognition. The resort is situated in the Zagori region, which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage cultural landscape. Hellenic Properties intends to enhance the hotel’s infrastructure and hospitality experience while collaborating with local authorities to support the development of the Aristi and Zagori areas.
