Hellenic Red Cross releases infant choking first aid guide

To mark World First Aid Day on September 12, the Hellenic Red Cross has released an educational video demonstrating essential first aid procedures for infant choking caused by foreign objects.

In the instructional video, rescuer and instructor Zeki Memet Ali provides a step-by-step demonstration of correct emergency responses, including back blows and chest compressions. The initiative aims to educate the public on the critical importance of immediate and correct intervention to save lives before professional medical help arrives. The organization continues to offer high-quality first aid seminars as part of its humanitarian mission in Greece.
