Hellenic Red Cross represents Europe at First Aid World Cup

The Hellenic Red Cross represented Greece and Europe at the First Aid World Cup 2026 finals held in Dubai on August 24-25. The five-member team, consisting of Samaritan-Rescuers, nursing staff, and social workers, secured their place in the global finals after previously ranking first among participating European National Red Cross Societies.

During the demanding competition, the team received commendations from organizers for their high level of knowledge, training, and teamwork. Jagan Chapagain, Secretary General of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), attended the finals and congratulated the delegation on their excellent performance.
