Hellstar and adidas release flame‑decorated Megaride S2 sneaker

Los Angeles streetwear label Hellstar has partnered with adidas to rework the Megaride S2 runner, adding its signature flame graphics across a synthetic textile upper. The design replaces the original TPU panels with mesh cutouts that reveal gradient grey, black and off‑white tones, and adds a zippered lace shroud and an icy‑blue outsole. The shoe is priced at $200 and will be sold through both brands.

The collaboration is slated for an August 8, 2026 release, positioned for the Fall/Winter 2026 season. Hellstar, founded in 2020 by Sean Holland and Joseph Pendleton, has become one of adidas’ most frequent partners, previously reimagining the Superstar and working on NBA All‑Star projects. The new Megaride S2 continues the partnership’s focus on retro performance technology combined with bold streetwear aesthetics.
