Help AG earns Dubai AI Seal as Saudi Arabia releases AI adoption guide

Help AG was awarded the Dubai AI Seal Tier E certification, recognizing its trusted‑AI practices and governance, security, and resilience measures. The seal, issued by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, validates the company’s approach to secure AI deployment and supports Dubai’s broader goal of building a responsible AI ecosystem. Separately, Saudi Arabia’s Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) published an Awareness Guide for AI Adoption in Technology Companies. Aligned with the Saudi Council of Ministers’ designation of 2026 as the “Year of AI,” the guide offers a framework for assessing readiness and integrating AI into operations and products, aiming to boost innovation and competitiveness across the Kingdom’s tech sector.
