Help AG launches Quantum 360 post-quantum security services in UAE

Help AG, the cybersecurity division of e&, has launched Quantum 360, a new portfolio of post-quantum cybersecurity services. Announced at GISEC Global 2026, the service is designed to assist government entities, enterprises, and critical infrastructure providers in identifying cryptographic exposure and developing structured migration paths toward quantum-safe security.

The launch aligns with the UAE’s National Encryption Policy, issued by the UAE Cybersecurity Council, which requires government entities to establish transition plans from traditional encryption to post-quantum cryptography. Additionally, the Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC) has introduced Post-Quantum Cryptography Guidelines to protect Dubai’s digital infrastructure against emerging quantum threats.

Quantum 360 provides end-to-end services ranging from cryptographic discovery and risk assessment to migration planning and implementation.
