Henan catering owner gifts BMW cars to outstanding employees

Ma Yanli, a catering business owner in Jiaozuo, Henan province, has gained widespread attention for gifting BMW cars to her outstanding employees. Each vehicle is valued at approximately 300,000 yuan.

Ma decided to provide the cars after observing her staff commuting via electric scooters in harsh weather conditions, including extreme heat, heavy rain, and freezing temperatures. She noted that seeing employees work through severe cold moved her to improve their commuting conditions.

To deliver the reward, Ma surprised her staff by telling them they were attending a meeting, only to drive them to a BMW dealership. The employees received the vehicles fully paid for by the owner, with no personal cost to them. Ma emphasized that the business's success is a collective achievement and expressed her desire to share the company's results with her team.
