Henk Fraser targets Tijjani Noslin and Etienne Vaessen for Suriname and Eredivisie

Suriname national team coach Henk Fraser is expressing interest in recruiting key players to bolster the squad. Fraser stated he hopes to convince Lazio winger Tijjani Noslin to choose Suriname, noting that while Noslin holds both Dutch and Surinamese citizenship, he has yet to represent either nation at the senior level. Although Fraser believes Noslin may currently be waiting for an opportunity with the Netherlands, he confirmed that Surinamese football officials have already been in contact with the player.

Additionally, Fraser has identified FC Groningen goalkeeper Etienne Vaessen as a potential ideal signing for Feyenoord. Fraser, who works with Vaessen on the Surinamese national team, praised the keeper’s ability to contribute to build-up play from the back. He suggested that Vaessen’s skill set would strengthen Feyenoord’s existing footballing style, though he declined to directly compare him to Feyenoord’s current primary goalkeeper, Tjark Ernst.
