Henkel reports modest organic growth and proposes dividend increase for 2025

Henkel announced its 2025 financial results, posting revenue of €20.5 billion and organic growth of 0.9 percent. Adjusted EBIT reached €3.0 billion, with an EBIT margin of 14.8 percent, up 50 basis points year‑on‑year. Earnings per preferred share rose 4.7 percent to €5.33 on a constant‑currency basis, and free cash flow was about €1.9 billion.

The board proposed a 1.5 percent dividend increase to €2.07 per preferred share. CEO Carsten Knobel highlighted ongoing geopolitical tensions and trade uncertainties but said the company still met key targets and continued its transformation. For fiscal 2026, Henkel expects organic revenue growth of 1‑3 percent, an EBIT margin of 14.5‑16 percent and low‑to‑high single‑digit EPS growth, assuming stable exchange rates.
