Henri Drell signs one-year deal with Klaipėda Neptūnas

Klaipėda Neptūnas has signed Estonian national team player Henri Drell for a one-season contract. The 25-year-old, 205 cm tall forward, offers versatility as he can play both small and large forward positions.

Drell brings significant international experience to the Lithuanian club, having played in Germany, Italy, France, and Spain. Notably, he spent time in the United States playing in the NBA G League for the Windy City Bulls and the Rip City Remix, and he made four appearances for the Chicago Bulls during the 2023–2024 NBA season.

Most recently, Drell played in Spain for Tenerife's La Laguna. He has also been a key player for the Estonian national team, averaging 19 points per game during the 2027 World Cup qualifiers. Neptūnas sports director Branko Mirković stated that the team needed a player with high-level experience to strengthen their frontcourt and that Drell's attributes align well with the team's plans for the upcoming season.
