Henriette Lien withdraws from Skal vi danse due to hip injury

Actress Henriette Lien has withdrawn from the upcoming season of the popular TV show ‘Skal vi danse’ just days before its premiere. The decision follows serious hip issues that made continuing the competition unsafe.

Lien reported that her hip is severely worn down, describing the condition as “bone against bone.” Despite attempting various treatments including ice baths and shockwave therapy, the pain became unmanageable, and she eventually struggled to walk. Following medical examinations and an MRI, production officials advised her to withdraw to prevent a potential fracture during filming. Lien expressed deep disappointment regarding the decision but stated that her health must come first.
