Henriette Lien withdraws from ‘Skal vi danse’ due to hip injury

Actress Henriette Lien has withdrawn from the Norwegian dance competition ‘Skal vi danse’ due to a severe hip injury. Lien, who was announced as a participant in August, had to step down just days before the premiere because of a worn-out hip that causes intense pain.

Lien reported that the injury is significant enough to require surgery for a hip prosthesis. Despite her withdrawal, she attended the premiere at H3Arena as a spectator. Øyunn Krogh will take over Lien's place in the competition, dancing alongside Tarjei Svalastog.
