Fiuk announces end of solo career and return of band Hori

Singer Fiuk announced the end of his solo career and the return of the pop rock band Hori during a performance in Campinas, Brazil. The show, held on Friday, September 18, was attended by 67 people in a venue with a capacity for 1,000.

During the event, Fiuk explained that he is returning to his roots as the vocalist for Hori, a group he led between 2004 and 2011. He stated, “Because the band Hori is back! This is my place, I took a long time to understand that this is where I feel at home.”

The announcement follows a period of personal and financial challenges for the artist, including public discussions regarding debt and family estrangement from his father, Fábio Jr., and sister, Cleo Pires. The repertoire of the show included recent solo tracks like “Gasolina” alongside Hori classics such as “Linda, Tão Linda.”
