Henrique Sá Pessoa launches intimate chef dinner series in Lisbon

Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa is launching ‘Doze’, a new series of intimate dinners held in the private dining room of his Lisbon restaurant. The initiative features a small table of only 12 guests, designed to facilitate a close dialogue between different culinary visions and backgrounds.

The inaugural event is scheduled for September 11, featuring British chef Tom Aikens. Aikens, who leads the London-based restaurant Muse, is noted for being the youngest British chef to earn two Michelin stars at the age of 26. The collaboration aims to bring together diverse generations and geographies of gastronomy through spontaneous and personal culinary encounters.
