Henry Lebron signs promotional deal ahead of September fight

Undefeated Puerto Rican super featherweight Henry ‘Moncho’ Lebron has signed a long-term promotional deal with Salita Promotions and Universal Promotions. The 28-year-old, who holds a 21-0 record with 11 KOs, aims to increase his activity and secure a world title opportunity in 2027 following previous promotional disputes.

Lebron is scheduled to make his promotional debut on September 26 in Puerto Rico against Derlyn Hernandez-Geraldo of the Dominican Republic. The 10-round bout will be broadcast live on the Wynn Records Network. Hernandez enters the fight with a record of 14-5-1 and 12 KOs.

Lebron, currently ranked No. 5 by the IBF, expressed excitement regarding his new management team at Gold Nation Sports, stating that his primary priority is maintaining career activity.
