Hepsiburada launches fourth term of digital career support program

Hepsiburada has launched the fourth term of its ‘Yarınlara Söz’ (Promise to the Future) program, aimed at providing digital career support to university students. Since 2023, the initiative has reached over 500 students, with a specific focus on engineering and related faculties at state universities in Anatolia.

The program provides training in critical sectors such as e-commerce, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and career preparation. It also includes workshops on web design, prompt engineering, LinkedIn usage, interview techniques, and effective communication.

To promote gender equality in technology and engineering, the program maintains an 80% female quota. Of the 500 students previously accepted, 370 were women. For the upcoming term, the program plans to accept 250 students, aiming for 200 of them to be women.
