Hera Chan promotes new TVB drama ‘Death Has Proof’

Actress Hera Chan is promoting her new TVB drama, ‘Death Has Proof’, which premieres tonight. In the series, Chan takes on her first leading role as Cheng Zhi Xin, a forensic pathologist struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Her character must navigate professional challenges under a difficult supervisor and perform a difficult autopsy on a close friend.

During promotional activities in Tsuen Wan, Chan and co-star Kenneth Ma discussed the filming process. Ma noted the difficulty of shooting in temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius, including scenes that required running for two hours. Chan, who has a background in nursing, joked about being prepared to help if anyone suffered from heatstroke.

Chan also addressed recent social media attention regarding her physique, noting that recent swimsuit photos were from a year ago. She expressed a commitment to fitness and mentioned that her current role involves more action sequences, which has helped her maintain her physical condition.
