Hera Handayani appointed Senior HR Director at Danantara

Hera Handayani has resigned from her position as the Director of Human Resources and General Affairs at PT Elnusa Tbk to join the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (Danantara) as Senior Human Resources Director.

PT Elnusa Tbk confirmed the receipt of her resignation on August 20, 2026, via a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The resignation will officially take effect following approval at the next General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS).

Handayani has held various strategic roles at Elnusa, including Project Management Officer and Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning, Business Development, & Marketing. Before her tenure at Elnusa, she worked as a business consultant in the oil and gas sector for Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, and held academic positions at the University of Indonesia and ITB.
