Heracles Almelo takes top spot after 6-1 win over Jong Utrecht

Heracles Almelo secured the top position in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie following a dominant 6-1 victory over Jong FC Utrecht at De Galgenwaard. Tristan van Gilst opened the scoring with a penalty in the third minute, followed by a long-range strike from Sem Scheperman.

Jean-Paul N’Djoli contributed two goals, bringing his season total to six, while Mario Borac added a fifth before halftime. Although Bjorn Menzo scored for Jong FC Utrecht after the break, N’Djoli completed the scoring to finalize the 6-1 result. Jong FC Utrecht remains at the bottom of the league with zero points after three matches.
