HeraMED posts US rollout gains via Lee Health pilot and Philips tie‑up

HeraMED Limited (ASX:HMD), a medical data and technology firm focused on women’s and maternity care, released its Q2 FY26 activities and cash‑flow report. The company highlighted substantial progress in its US commercialisation effort, noting the successful completion of a six‑month Phase 1 pilot with Lee Health for a Digital Pregnancy Journey. The pilot achieved 92% virtual adoption, a Net Promoter Score of 60 and freed three to five prenatal appointment slots per pregnancy, prompting a move to Phase 2.

HeraMED also confirmed ongoing talks with Philips to expand a commercial agreement first established in November 2025. The partnership will involve joint business development, coordinated hospital outreach and promotion of HeraCARE and HeraBEAT solutions, targeting opportunities in the U.S. $50 billion Rural Health Transformation Program. Additional business development activities with other U.S. health systems were reported.

Financially, HeraMED reduced its quarterly operating cash outflow by 25% to A$638,000 and ended the quarter with A$2.93 million in cash, providing about 4.6 quarters of funding. The firm raised A$0.489 million from a placement tranche and A$36,000 from option exercises, with related‑party payments of A$154,000.
