Herbulathêkê offers wild plant foraging and cooking workshops

Herbulathêkê offers nature immersion programs focused on the identification and culinary use of edible wild plants. Participants engage in small group botanical walks to learn how to recognize local species, avoid dangerous look-alikes, and practice responsible harvesting techniques.

Following the collection process, the program includes a wild cooking workshop where participants prepare meals using the gathered plants. These activities take place across various French territories, including Pays d’Issoire, Chaîne des Puys, Massif du Sancy, Cézallier, and Livradois-Forez.
