Heritage exhibition opens at Çırağan Palace Kempinski İstanbul

The “Heritage-Gelecek Geçmişin İzinde Şekillenir” exhibition, curated by Duygu Kızılkaya, has opened at the Çırağan Palace Kempinski İstanbul Kaftan Salonu. Organized by the Duygu Kızılkaya Art Gallery, the exhibition aims to create a dialogue between different generations of artists by treating the past not as a finished era, but as a living cultural heritage that shapes the present and future.

The collection brings together works from significant masters of Turkish art history, including Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu, Burhan Doğançay, İbrahim Balaban, and Balkan Naci İslimyeli. These works are presented alongside pieces from contemporary masters and artists from various generations, such as Utku Varlık, Yalçın Gökçebağ, and others.

In addition to painting and sculpture, the exhibition incorporates technology into its narrative to explore the evolving forms of artistic expression within a historical continuum.
